Griffon Vulture
Despite looking like it has a bald head, Griffon Vultures actually have small, cream-colored feathers covering their neck and face. They also have a fluffy neck ruff of the same color as their head plumage. The plumage along the neck and head is small enough so that it does not pick up much carrion.
